神華國際貿易有限責任公司（以下簡稱“招標代理機構”）受神華集團有限責任公司（以下簡稱“招標人”）的委托，就神華包頭煤化工分公司碳四綜合利用項目熱電站增建4＃鍋爐工程電動給水泵采購進行國際公開招標，現邀請合格的投標者進行密封投標。

2.Time of Selling Bidding Documents發售招標文件時間:
8:30-11:30 a.m. and 13:30-16:30 p.m. from September 2, 2011 to September 23, 2011 (Beijing time) except for public holidays.
即日起至2011年9月23日止，每天上午8:30-11:30和下午13：30-16:30（北京時間），法定節假日除外。

A complete set of Bidding Document of each package may be purchased by any interested Bidder upon payment of a non-refundable fee RMB 1500 or US Dollars 240 Dollars.
每套人民幣1500元（大寫：人民幣貳仟元整）或240美元（貳佰肆拾美元），售后不退。
5.The Deadline for Submitting Bids / Time of Bid Opening投標截止時間和開標時間:
At 10:00 a.m. September 23, 2011. (Beijing Time), Bidding Documents arrived later than this time or bidding documents in nonconformity with requirements will not be accepted. Mailing or fax /e-mail bidding documents will not be accepted.
被邀請的投標者的投標文件須于2011年9月23日上午10:00（北京時間）之前遞交至開標地點。逾期收到或不符合規定的投標文件恕不接受。不接受郵寄或傳真/電子郵件方式提交投標文件。
